My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The island cabinets measure 9' long x 4' wide. The countertop has ~10 inch overhang for island seating.

    Thank you for responding. This house is beautifully done. I am in love. I saw a 1960s floor plan that looks identical to this layout. At least what I can see. Your version is modern but still possesses the spirit of that vintage midcentury modern. When I am having a bad day I think of your house and I feel better. LOL. Thanks again.

    Thank you for the compliments. However, we cannot take all the credit, the homeowners provided a lot of direction because they knew what they wanted. You are absolutely right, the homeowners wanted to maintain elements of the original nostalgia while also incorporating a modern style and "hidden" technological improvements.
