With a budget like that, skip the off brand stuff and pro style anything. You're forgetting that you need a hood, and it will cost about as much as the range. Do GE Café range and hood, with a Kitchenaid DW and fridge. You'll be over budget unless you really watch the sales. You'll have a solid mid grade package with good reliability and abilities, that is easily serviced. For about 10K. A pro style package would be double to triple that. Because you'd start talking Make Up Air for the venting.

IMO appliances usually cost almost as much as the cabinets and should be chosen for function not just a deal for a package. I agree you will need to be vey careful how you spend your money. I find Bosch is the best DW by far and they come in all kinds of price points .Stick with fridgedaire for the fridge they are decently priced and stand up well. As mentioned the hood can easily cost as much as the range , stick to 30” range to keep costs in line . I have had very good luck with AJ Madison for appliances
