I may get some hand work done. I injured my shoulder on Jan 9 and finally got to see an ortho doctor today. He suspects a rotator cuff injury so I have an MRI scheduled for next Friday. Anyway, raising my arm forward is extremely painful so I'm sure machine sewing is out for a while.

There is a quilt show in town, maybe I'll go tomorrow. :)

Sorry to hear about your injury, Donna. Linda, I can't wait to see your mystery quilt.

I promise myself that I will get some quilting done this weekend - starting tonight. I haven't done any since last weekend. What a lazoid, as my sister would say.

I have 2 more applique flower blocks to get done this weekend for my local guilds row quilt. Pieces are cut, but I just had a margarita, so not sure how my stitches will be!! :) I also need to figure out sizing for the "ribbon" row on our row quilt and get the instructions printed for that.

One of our DS & DIL's friends is pregnant with son#2, so will try to start his baby quilt. I have until July, so that is good!

Donna, I have had two frozen shoulder episodes. I feel your pain.

i am staring at a piece of fabric. That counts, right? A friend asked me to make her GD a baby quilt. She gave me an animal all over printed fabric. She does not want it cut up but used as a whole cloth. There are boxes around each animal but they do not line up in any way. "Oh, you can just stitch on the lines right?" This will take some figuring out.

I finished up on some cradle bedsheets and bumper pads for our new granddaughter and located the fabric for the January lotto block. I worked on that and have 3 ready to go into the mail this week. Not sure what else will get done - but I have plenty of fabric to choose from for another project.
