You have quite an array of annual and perennial weeds!

One of the most important barriers against weeds in a lawn is a vigorous lawn. (I see far more weeds than grass.)

Likely you need to gt rid of every thing and then start over, all the while knowing that the well-supplied seed bank in the soil means that you must be constantly alert as to the appearance of weeds and, then, must activate prompt action.

If you are in the US, you can obtain research-based info about the preferred lawn grass for your site/region and how to manage the weeds.

1, 10 and 4 are grasses. If broad leaved weeds are troubling you any grass will help subdue them and won't look much different once mown. 9,2 and 6 are Stellaria media, Common Chickweed. 5 is Lamium amplexicaule, Henbit. 3 and 7 are a Geranium species. I don't know which ones would be likely in your area. 7 is some sort of yellow flowered Asteraceae. Again there are many and I don't know your region. 8 I am uncertain, possibly a Malva species.
