Our old home did not have a bathroom on the lower floor (major design flaw). After 14 years we decided it was time to convert the under-utilized lower deck into a bathroom and smaller outside deck. Bathroom addition included: Double vanity, marble counter, concrete tiles on wall, heated marble floor, marble shower with glass enclosure, new ejector pump (not shown). Outside, new entry door to bedroom, finish ceiling with redwood. My first owner/builder project with permit.
