Just the equipment

This looks to be a prefab island with Bull appliances. You can get a totally custom island done from FLO Grills of Austin (www.flogrillsaustin.com) They run between $1,000-$1,400per Sq. Ft. That is a total finish out price including granite, and equipment. The price of the labor varies based on your location. The northeast for example is much more expensive than here in Texas. The island should not cost more than this. The range includes a lifetime warranty on the framing made out of all 6061 aluminum welded frame wrapped in Hardi backer secured by 304 self tapping screws. You do not want rust or bleed through later down the line.

That is nice set-up. I remember my second home in AR had a set kinda like that one but smaller. There was a built-in grill, sink and cooler. Right now I have a summer kitchen in my Florida home.

Love this set up. There is a refrigerator down below. I am ready to buy a portable grill or perhaps a smoker now. I found this site (www.grillbuff.com) which reviews many grills / smokers complete with features, pics, pros & cons, rating, etc. Will have to get my Xmas List ready.
