FLO Grills of Austin

We hired FLO Grills of Austin to build us an outdoor kitchen including a sink, refrigerator and grill. We had already spoke with multiple companies regarding the project and had not had any luck - so we started with some hesitation. Chris knew his stuff! Delivered exactly what we wanted. Winter weather put some delays on the project - but that is to be expected with an outdoor project in the winter. The project turned out beautifully!

We discovered FLO Grills when we decided we wanted to build an outdoor kitchen. We did some online research into local businesses who specialized in grills and outdoor kitchen. We really wanted to find someone to do a turnkey job. After looking at a couple other vendors, we went to FLO. We were impressed by the FLO Grills product and their ability to take our project from our vision to reality. We were especially impressed by the focus on safety and quality and durability of their products. The fabrication process (when you eliminate the bad weather delays) went smoothly and quickly. The on-site workers were professional, conscientious and thorough. They left the work site clean after each visit and when it was all complete, Chris even came out and cooked us a delicious meal. We were very happy from start to finish with our FLO Grill product and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering an outdoor kitchen.

Chris and his staff were very personable. They prepared the product description and made sure it was what we wanted before sending it do be construction.. When the product was delivered Chris came by to double check that every thing was done right and decided to correct the finish. Right was not good enough for him he wanted perfect. He did the same thing after the granite was installed. He saw a couple of imperfections and call the granite company and had them reinstall the back splash. I don't feel like we are dealing with a merchant. Chris and his staff have made us feel like friends or family. They know their products and can answer any question you might have. They have been especially helpful now that we are using the grills.

We hired Flogrills to build a 10ft outdoor kitchen that included a grill, refrigerator, sink, and storage space. The countertops were granite, and the cabinet was stucco and cut limestone. From the initial visit at the Flogrills showroom to the installation of the kitchen, Chris and his Flogrills staff were professional, courteous, detail oriented, and had nothing but our complete satisfaction in mind. The entire process went smoothly, with Flogrills doing exactly what they said they would do, and on time. They were the last portion of a major backyard renovation and were easy to work with, timely, and actually fun to work with on our kitchen project. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a quality backyard living space with an outstanding kitchen!

FLO Grills of Austin was a very professional company. They did what we wanted and got everything done on time; they even worked on the Christmas Holiday to get my outdoor kitchen ready for New Year. I have been very happy with their service, even after they finished the kitchen. They have given us ideas for new ways of using our grills and even given us of recipes. I hired Chris and his team to build my dream outdoor kitchen and they overachieved!! They delivered the product when they said they would, they had a wonderful team of masons install thin veneer stone on the front with chocolate lueders stone on top - absolutely stunning! To top it off, the grill itself is wonderfully easy to use and makes me the champion at home due to wonderfully grilled steaks, seafood, vegetables, etc. I wholeheartedly endorse Chris, Ray and the team for your outdoor kitchen or pizza oven.

FLO Grills constructed a 15' outdoor kitchen with built in gas grill, burners, storage and drawers. The finished product looks great. The granite countertop really adds to the quality of the job. The workmanship is very good. Had a couple of small gliches with the stone mason subcontractor but that was not a major problem as long as you stay on site. It was a good piece of work and I have no complaints.

Chris Smith and his crew came to my house and did a fantastic job. They worked with me through multiple sketches and changes. They were timely. They were clean. They were readily available throughout the build. I have had a great summer by the pool grilling while the kids are swimming. I would recommend without hesitation. Erik J. Bruce

We used FLO Grills of Austin, to build our outdoor kitchen. They handled the design to the final installation. It was nice to only have one person as our primary contact throughout the project. Chris actually found a crack in the granite after it was installed and had his granite crew back at our house the next day to replace that section. We love the finished results and really enjoy cooking on the different gourmet grates. We really like cooking breakfast outside on the weekend now.
