That's a difficult question, Lois. There are several I like. This one for it's simplicity and bright colors.

And this one for the vintage cabiny/warm feeling it gives.

I have a few that I liked...all of them are with new owners. I have a photo of one of them. It went to my brother. I liked this one because of the design and colors. I think the pattern, Forest Bricks, is from the maryquilts website.

Your Scrappy Jars Stars is one of my current favorites, Theresa! I'm planning on starting this one this year........sometime this year. And here is the favorite of all the quilts I have made, my Sunny Lanes in 1930s vintage and reproduction fabrics.

Boy it's hard to choose. This one with the little pink pearls was always a favorite. I had dyed all the fabrics myself.

But I also like the one I made for Mom when I was recovering from shoulder surgery. I could only manage applique in my lap for a couple of months so made this one.

There are several more but can't find the pictures.

Toolgranny, your applique is SO beautiful! There's a possibility I may be facing shoulder surgery soon, so it's good to know I may be able to handle hand sewing. :)

This is too hard, but I did choose one that I really like when it's on the bed. I call it Garden Path. I like the vivid colors, the paper-pieced scrappy sashings and the quilt design in the large blocks, which is one of Leah Day's designs.

I haven't made enough to have a favorite yet. The one that's my hypothetical favorite is the Log Cabin. I wanted to make that one as my first quilt, but was talked out of it by shop owners and forum posters. I made 3 squares for the lotto last fall and I saw why. It's hard to get it to stay exactly even. It's about 6 quilts down the line right now, but I'm getting there.

All of the pictured quilts are lovely, but I have to say toolgranny's with the appliqué and Lois' with turtles are my favs pictured...except of course my two favs :-)

is it ok to have two favorites? One is garden gate in the grays and coral and the other is chandelier. Both were fun to make and both are in use at home.

My version if Valarie's garden gate. It was and still is one if my favs. It was given to a friend doing chemo. I always planned to make a bed sized one for myself. I think that will be my next project. Theresa

This is my favorite--Twisted Log Cabin, paper-pieced. It has not yet been quilted, as I want to become a better long-armer before I tackle this one.

Here are my favorites:

I made this for my mom who is an avid gardener and loves flowers. Many of the fabric here have a special meaning - a trip we took together, a piece from my mom's or grandmother's or great-grand mother's sari, etc.

One of my early Celtic quilts - made so many mistakes but still one of my favorites. This was on our dining room wall for a long time but then I gave it to my sister who liked it very much.

I have several favorites. LOL Bit my most favorite is Jamestown Landing, just because I love the neutrals and how they play in it. Totally out of my scrap bin. It was given to a friend of my husband.

So many so many gorgeous quilts to look at. We could have our own quilt show. I can't recall a favorite right now. On vacation and don't have my entire quilt history on my phone.

It's so hard to pick just one or two... I'd say my Bella Bella quilt would have to be one. This isn't quilted yet because I'm afraid of messing it up!

Or maybe....The Bible Quilt I made for our best friends. There are 2 blocks of each, each done with a different fabric scheme. With the quilt, I presented her with a folder with the name and description of each quilt block. Each block represented a different story in the Bible. [Her favorite color is purple, and they still use it on their bed today.] I wish I had a better photo of it..

Nannykins~ The DWR is making progress...slowly. I have about 20 more 'melon' sections that are in process, and then I can start sewing 4 of those to a center to start forming larger units. I took a break this last week to do some pp on my daughter's surprise quilt of raptors.

Love that Bella-Bella quilt! I think Shattered heart is still my all time favorites of Jens'. And Treemendous is just awesome...what patience to assemble!

You all blow me away. Every one is beautiful. Applique always impresses me.
