The only major dilemma I'm facing is what to do about the flat garage roof.

When you walk up to the front door, you can see the entire roof of the garage and it is covered with a really tacky laminate.

I want to change the front door and the windows - the two on top of the garage I'm thinking story book windows and the front door with glass panels. Black windows, black door, black patio doors, and the front deck railing will be changed to black and the glass will be changed to clear. I'm hoping to re-paint the stucco a brighter white, and the garage siding white and garage doors black. I'm not sure though, will be meeting with some designers in the next few days but I want a good idea of what my vision is before that. Help pleaaase!
