you have billed my credit card three (3) times. I have not received the lamp. At this point, I want the order to be cancelled as Houzz and my credit card company can not answer why you keep charging me. Please confirm. Thank you.

It is not a problem to cancel your order. You only needed to let email or call Houzz know directly.

Houzz only holds the amount of the fixture they do not charge. We only hard charge when the fixture ships. This fixture are made to order and they are made in Italy.

My credit card was charged 3 times which shut down my credit line. Houzz was called twice and each time they advised that they did not know why the card charges were repeating. This whole process is quite the enigma. The delivery date range was February 11 - 24 on the order. Does that still stand??

I am at work and can't call. I would very much like the lamp purchase and delivery to go through as if this is cancelled I would just be ordering it elsewhere.
