Can an AGA Legacy owner tell me if the metal backsplash at the rear of the cooktop can be removed? We want to slide the range into an island and it will not be flush with a rear wall. We love the look and are encouraged by the reviews but it will definitely be an island range and the backsplash will look out of place. Thanks in advance
