My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    These pieces were custom built for a client in Canada. The billiard table is

    a Pro 8 length, with approximate dimensions of 8' 7"L x 4' 9"W. The other

    piece is a bumper shuffleboard table, (a game more popular in Canada than in US), with overall dimensions of 132"L x 34" W.

    Unfortunately, this photo only shows a portion of the room, so I do not know the

    actual room dimensions. However, you should allow for approximately 6' around a

    billiard table, on all sides, for comfortable play. For shuffleboard play, allow about

    3' from the end of the table on both ends.

    Some people like shuffleboard tables because they can be placed along a wall in a room as opposed to billiard tables which require more space around the table for play.
