we just rented this apartment in Hong Kong.

my thoughts & help required:

1 - on the dining area im thinking of setting up a table (dark brown/black) with a bench on the wall side

2 - the console in the picture would go and a very minimalist console would come. A mirror goes on the wall over the console top

3 - the side by the window we plan on having an L shaped ikea sofa beige color. help on the rug color/ type & should i add an ottoman or a nice chair on the front? wife is thinking of a glass top coffee table

4 - a large painting goes on the wall on top of the sofa

5 - lightning - no clue whatsoever on what should be the lightning. any and all help would be really appreciated

6- not big fans of shelves but since its a fixture so we need to put something in it?
