I like Alabaster and have used it, but it is a warm color. If you are doing white/grey in the room, then I would probably opt for BM White Dove. We used SW Snowbound in this bathroom with gray/white quartz countertop and warm gray tile. Worked well.

Is the cabinet company name for their color "alabaster" or are they actually speaking of SW alabaster? May be two different colors! If their alabaster is yellower and they have a whiter option I would do that with your grays.

Regarding the actual SW paint color, I have SW alabaster on my kitchen cabinets and it is warmer, slightly yellower, but it can also go grayer in some lights.

I agree with Brickwood Builders on SW snowbound being a good choice for your situation. Question for them, what is the wall color, cabinet color, and trim color? Is it all SW snowbound? Very pretty bathroom!

I did alabaster white pearl finish from Benjamin Moore for a bathroom with gray. Not loving it. Will one coat of a whiter white work to change it? Pearl Finish was recommended for bathroom. Do you agree? I am thinking stock white is safe.

We're redoing our kitchen with butcher block countertops (stained dark), white subway tile back splash, and alabaster cabinets and trim. I'm trying to find a gray that doesn't come across with a purple undertone. As the mess on the wall suggests, I've been having trouble finding a gray I like. the ones on the wall are SW comet dust and SW repose gray.

I had seen that Snowbound can have a slight reddish cast to it - is that true? I tried sampling SW Pure White and it feels TOO white for a large open concept space. Is Snowbound deeper enough that I might not feel that way? I was hoping to bridge the difference between a creamy white and white (we too have a lot of white and gray / gray-blue in the home for tile and counters). I just don't want a white that's glaring. Pure White kind of feels that way! Also, DEFINITELY would love a super pale gray color, or cool neutral that doesn't have a lot of undertones. Most do seem to have he potential to look light blue in certain lights, which I would prefer to avoid! Any help would be HUGELY appreciated!!!

Wanted to add that I did a SW color match with White Dove (BM) and it did have a yellow hue to it and was too creamy. Is that due to color matching or would true White Dove still seem cream against white/gray tiles?
