I have had brushed steel taps which showed lost of water marks and smudges. I now have chrome which are just as bad. Can anyone with Black taps/Faucets tell me how clean they stay. I do have black door handles everywhere and they don't show any smudge marks at all I love them. I am worried about bathroom with black though cos my husband never rinses soap or toothpaste of ANYTHING !

try RainX stuff you use on windshields. I also use it on my shower doors. helps repel the water. I think there is also some type of wax you can use to also help repel. you would have to google that one.
