Houzz Glitches?

I am having problems accessing previous comments made on Ideabook discussions. It was bad enough that Houzz began showing only the last 3 comments awhile back....but now, I can't access anything beyond the last 3 comments. This is creating a big headache, as the exchange of ideas and comments can easily amount to one contributor submitting 4 or more comments before the responder can get back to them. Also, it is now impossible to go back and look at previous ideas or exchanges to refresh my memory. Is this a problem that is going to be fixed soon? I hope.

I am using Safari, and not sure what you mean by version....unless you mean ipad3 with latest updates? I think I'm up to iOS 10.2.1 or something like that.

Here is the link to one of the Ideabooks. (I am on several private ideabooks, helping two different people with multiple rooms in their homes). This is happening on all the ideabooks I am on, and has just been in the last 4 or 5 days. Prior to that, I could tap on the heading just above the latest three comments. It used to say "Show More Comments". Now it just says "Comments", and shows the total number of comments that have been made thus far. When I tap on it, nothing happens. Thanks for your help.

Hi Karemore, Could you possible provide a link to an ideabook where you are having this issue we can try to reproduce it? Also, can you remind us what browser and version you are using? Thanks!

Hi Emily, The Show More Comments tab is back! Did you restore it, or did it miraculously fix itself?

Also, the link I gave for the Ideabook, above....is there any way you can remove that link or delete the entire comment? I dont want to compromise the privacy of the gal I am helping. Thank you!

I am also having trouble w/Houzz not showing "Show More Comments" tab. This is Saturday so few days later than karenmore55's comments re tab is back. It's not for me. It says how many more comments, but no way to access! Recurring issue, Houzz??

Hi Momjk, This should have been fixed. Can you give me a link to where you are seeing this now and also let me know what browser you are using, so I can try to reproduce the error? Thanks!
