Option A and consider extending the desk surface from wall to wall. You can implement various storage solutions under the desk for less visual clutter and preserve wall space above the belt line. Mount the screen on a wall arm for multi-positioning.

Thanks Chalk Hill, the additional desk would be nice to have, and clean up the left wall. I don't see how it would work with a sit/stand desk, but perhaps a second desk that is at the same height in the "sit" position would accomplish the same goal and still allow for the computer desk to have a "stand" position.

Exactly that. A uniform surface when the desk is down, and a visually unified color and dimension even when the desk is up. The room will be visually larger and more comfortable for two without the clutter of a full height storage rack on the west wall.
