Are you concerned about the color because you think it might not look good, or are you concerned about the room feeling too dark? It will make the room darker than it is currently, but I think it's a beautiful color with the countertop.

When you're choosing towels for the room, perhaps go with a gray color that's several shades darker than the plaster.

I like the greige.

I feel that the pink does not compliment the counter tops in the way that a neutral would, though we do stock that stone here at Bellagio and I am familiar with the color and the pink tones in it, I would advise going with your idea of a greige color. Firstly, greige is a very popular color and would bring the bathroom a truly updated look, whereas the pink is somewhat dated. Secondly, it is a color that will definitely contrast against against the white toilet and sink. Lighten it up with some other white accents: flowers, toothbrush holders, shower curtain (if applicable). It will look great!

The floors are a dark brick color. You don't need more dark. I would go with a light-to-medium silver gray on the walls and a silver gray rug in front of the sink.
