This siding is James Hardie and it's in their paint color called Arctic White.

Thoughts on working with already painted Hardie versus painting it after the fact? Trying to decide which route to go and need some pros and cons. Thanks!

Beautiful home. We are just about to paint our home and I love the paint colors you chose. I am finalizing paint colors and I had been leaning towards KW Swiss Coffee but now I’m not sure. Do you know how Hardie Arctic White compares to KW Swiss Coffee? Is Arctic White more white than SC or do think they are pretty similar? Any advice is much appreciated. Thank you for your interest! In just glancing at Swiss Coffee online, it appears to be a bit softer than James Hardie Arctic White, which is more of a bright white. You can probably order a James Hardie sample from their website or you might be able to take a peek at Home Depot or Lowe's, as it looks like both suppliers carry James Hardie siding. I love everything about this house. The garage doors in dark blue and the lamps overhead is a one of many wonderful aspects of the house. I also love the upper level with the three windows and designs above. I lack the proper design vocabulary to give them their proper due. I can imagine sitting on the porch on a cool summer night, a soft evening in the spring and the beautiful colors of the fall. The balcony is probably attached to the master bedroom which is perfect. Can I please have my house back now?

Which James Hardie vertical siding did you use? Smooth or Cedarmill?

M House Development....you have been so great at responding to all of our questions, thank you! One more.....I noticed that the front porch ceiling is painted a dark, almost black color. Is it painted the same color as the front door, do you recall? Or is it simply stained a very dark color? Thank you for taking the time to respond, it is appreciated!
