Hi all!
I browse here often, but have just started getting serious about finalizing our house plan. We recently closed on a beautiful lakefront lot and hope to start building within the next year.

I've fallen in love with a Southern Living plan- Fox Hill- which was the Idea House for 2015. It's wonderful as is, but I need one more bedroom.
We have four children and want each to have their own bedroom and share among them two bathrooms. We also want to have room for a play space, and are hoping that all of this could fit in the existing upstairs space's footprint.

My current thought is to make the bunkroom the play area, as I think the hallways/large closets/large bathrooms/pajama lounge could afford room to carve out two extra bedrooms. I'm just having trouble making it actually functional that way.

I am open to moving around the stairway location and foregoing some of the space in the master closet/shrinking the master bathroom if that helps.

Please let me know if you have any thoughts. The link to the house plan is below. I've seen so many great minds here that I'm hopeful you all can look and see something that I'm not!
