I got my rug framed up and I'm looking to hang it. I can't move the electrical point unfortunately so I got to make do.

Based on the thicker blue masking tape, from the floor to the bottom of the frame it is 45 cm. the ceiling to the top of the frame is approximately 30 cm.

From the end of the wall to the left side of the frame is 57 cm. from the drapery to the right side of the frame is 57 cm (yes I measured from the drapes and not from the corner of the wall).

The centre point is about 5 feet 6 inches and is eye level for me (I'm about 173 cm tall).

My personal opinion is that if it is positioned too high it'll be off. I feel with larger pieces it has to be lower to the ground to feel grounded.
