furniture companies.....?

Anyone have experience with the following furniture companies?

We are furnishing a living room at a lake home and have enlisted the help of a designer at a local furniture store. Some of the pieces we looked at were from these companies. They seem a bit cheap. While we don't need pricey, I would like something that will last for a while. Anyone know how these companies compare to furniture I might get at Room & Board or Crate and Barrel (not super high end but I know what to expect)....

I have no info re: those companies.

Having no idea of budget or "look" you want I suggest considering "outdoor" furniture. Some of it is very stylish and comfortable, and the price is reasonable. After, it's a "lake house" and I'm assuming a relaxed atmosphere.

Our Flexsteel sofas are amazing. Their fabric has stood up to kids and dogs and looks brand new yet is soft. The cushions are amazing too. Can't recommend them enough. Twice I had a dog toss his stomach on the sofa over the past 2 years. Scooped it up and wiped with a damp sponge. No problem.

I think our media room recliners are Palisar. They seem fine but get less use then a typical living room sofa. We had room and board deliver a sectional to our lake house. They pretty much will deliver anywhere.
