That metal leg detail is almost always a dead giveaway that it might be something European (most likely Italian.) However the slanted arm throws me off a bit because typically European lines are a bit cleaner. I have two ideas for you. First I would look at the Minotti webiste. One, because they make amazing things, two because you might see something similar you like better:

Next I would direct you to Room & Board (totally different end of the spectrum, I know...) because they have a sofa with a similar arm detail and while it does have a metal leg, it's just a little bit different then what we see here.

Sofa is called Charles by B+B Italia. This is two identical sections with arm on left, no arm on right side for an L shape.
