How many handles come to an order?

I need 2 handles for a closet and want to know how many come in an order. Also, I want to make sure these would work for closet doors that just pull open and have no locking or turning mechanism. Lastly, is there a big difference in style to the satin chrome or satin nickel? It's for my son's room that will have a light grey carpet, white and grey striped window treatments, and the Benjamin Moore Hale Navy paint on the walls. Any suggestions?
