My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Looks like Blue Agave....as in what is used to make tequila.

    Either that or Agave Americana - Their "Skin" often picks up on the color of it's surroundings

    Either way, they're a lovely plant for xeriscaping but not anything you want too near a driveway, entryway or sidewalk - They can get much larger than you think they will and eventually make life miserable & dagerous when you try to get in and out of the car or up to the front door!

    Extremely hardy - doesn't take any care at all since it's truly a native desert plant...
    ...although when it sends up a huge flower stalk after 20 years or so, it's days are numbered
