Deep forest green is always elegant. You could also go with black or charcoal. Nice and neutral and works with shingles.

I didn't even see your shutters at first, so yes, paint them. I would paint the shutters the color of your door, or a charcoal or black (as already suggested).

Doing the German schmear on the brick would be nice and then painting the panels if possible or removing. Here are some Houzz pics.

Thanks, and I will say you can paint vinyl siding but it will not last. CertainTeed vinyl siding is the best way to change color and give accents also on your gable. That is what I did for 5 years. Do an accent on front door different then trim and do the garage door the same color. Change the fascia color also as the sider could do that easy. Wrap your pillars in front the trim color.
