Pure white would be a great choice for a brighter, neutral white. Another to consider is SW alabaster or SW shoji white, both are softer whites than pure white.

I'm going to get a sample of pure white today. I have alabaster on my kitchen cabinet and trim but want a less creamy white for the exterior. Thanks!

I would look at pure white and extra white then. Extra white may be a little too bright and cool, but worth looking at. I have seen it on exteriors in person, and it is a bright, crisp white (doesn't look blue).

Snowbound is one of my favorite whites- not creamy, not blue, not stark... Definitely grab a handful of options and paint swatches on the house if you can. Good luck :)
