That's the worst one

With some of the others it's just the bottom leaves

This just looks like what has happened to my seedlings (Basil and Tomatoes and such) when they have gotten too dry, wilted, and then been burned by the grow light. If I'm right they should be fine and grow out of it.

No fertilizer just what's in the miracle gro potting mix. Watered at 6am and around 7 pm as needed

It's really hard to tell by pictures. This could be many things, dependent on conditions that you may have overlooked.

If you have been watering well and haven't over-fertilized, I wonder if they picked up spider mites. They are nearly invisible, and their damage can look like under-watering.

Cut off a damaged leaf, and examine the underside for wisps of webbing. Just to be safe, take off all damaged leaves and gently wash the remaining plant/s with sudsy water with your fingers. Won't do any harm, and you might solve the problem.

Just to follow up I believe th problem was too much water. Saved 6 out of the 12 which is ok. I only wanted 6 but when transplanting to larger pots I was able to make 12. All 12 initially were great then after a while they succumbed to the above pictur or had some shallow roots from most likely root rot that they couldn't feed themselves and in 2 instances I was able to pull them right out of the dirt and saw no roots really. Kinda like a cabbage maggot problem on a cabbage. Oh well I, more of a veggie grower but every year wife picks out flowers she wants to grow. Didn't really realize these are perennial tubers at first otherwise I would've opted for larger pots than the 4 inch ones :/
