My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    "Richlite" it is a recycled compressed cardboard that resists heat and damage, can be cut with a table saw and can be sanded if it gets damaged or too much patina. Finished with mineral oil. Warm when you lean on it and comes in quite a few colours and thicknesses
