Help with my orange tree

I need some advise with my first orange tree. I planted this tree 1 year ago in my yard in north Florida. I have fertilized it twice already this year with a 6-4-6 citrus fertilizer. I pruned it sometime in February and it had a massive bloom in march with the flowers falling off two weeks ago☹️. Since then, about 60% of the oranges have fallen off along with a couple leaves. i notice a few more oranges everyday on the ground. Looking at other people's pictures of container grown trees mine looks pretty barren. Here's a few more pics of what it looks like.

I read a little about nutrient deficiency but doesn't my fertilizer cover that? What's up with the yellowing of these leaves?

Most of the leaves are like half curled also. I feel I almost overwater it though.

I have used a copper spray a couple times in case its something bacterial but I haven't seen much of a change. My next course is neem oil I think. But I am unsure if I can use it concurrently with the Bonide copper fungicide.

Does anyone one have a set plan of when to fertilize/oil/fungicide a orange tree? Or have any tips to get it to grow better? Thanks for any input.
