Dry erase paint or chalk paint?

I am painting all my closet doors white and then putting dry erase paint or blackboard paint in the middle panel. The blackboard paint is black and the dry erase paint is white. I'm not as concerned about black or white but whether it would be cooler/easier using chalk or dry erase. I have a picture of the colors of my room. This is for a teens room.
