See if this helps.

I also read online that it could be the main control board if there's nothing stuck in the pump or blockage in the drain line.

My Bosch's are from 2006. I have had continual problems with the door on the washer. It's been replaced twice. My door seems to have trouble closing securely and i need to nudge it up with my knee as I close it. Despite this one problem, its' been a good machine and I'm loathe to replace it because of it's height and shorter pedestals which allow me a staging area on top of the machines.

There has been a time or two when the door stuck, but eventually with enough button selections, it ultimately opens. Did you try resetting the circuit breaker to see if that resets the system?

In that video above, if you pull that wire on the right you door will unlatch.

Once you've managed to open the machine, unplug it and let it sit for 20 minutes or so. Then plug it back in and see if it resets. If the error code still shows up, you control board probably has a short. This is a likely result of a really hairbrained choice that Bosch made to place the control board directly under the drain connection that is held in place with friction only, on a machine that vibrates, making it nearly impossible for it not to come loose.
