My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I'm just the "broad brush stroke" person who says what she wants in the house by drawing in a door of this size and function on the plan. then it's up to the builder to strike a deal with the manufacturer who most closely meets my requirements as laid out on the plans. in this case, Darin Ryan with Legacy DCS got them from a company called Reveal which was formerly Pacific Architectural Manufacturing (PAM.)
