Probably a glass place. I wanted my general contractor to drill a hole for a vanity light and he just laughed -- it's tricky to do right so you don't crack the glass. Also, you probably need some access panel for the plumbing behind the wall, or any leak will mean taking this all apart. Can definitely be done, but it's not something your average plumber or handyman will be prepared to handle.

The sink/counter will usually be at the traditional height. What you will need to do is have a plumber bring the supply line further up the wall. How far can be determined by the style fixture you wish to use. So you want to coordinate this with your plumber. As well, you are going to want to have your mirror cut after the supply has been relocated, but before the fixture has been installed. Again, the holes would be determined by the fixture.

Who would cut the holes in the mirror and who would mount the mirror on the wall and mount the fixtures? I trying to see how guys needed to coordinate all this.

Your glass/mirror company would cut the glass and install it. You can have them make the measurements. If you want it to sit flush on your sink, install the sink first and then have them come measure, cut and install.

It would not be difficult to mount the cabinet to the wall if you are at all handy. However, if you wish to delegate this out, your plumber can mount it, connect the lines and install the faucet.

So basically, you just need to have two people work in coordination with you: plumber and glass company.
