Hello, Plumeria people! It's been a long time since I have posted on this forum, though I do peek in from time to time. Sure do miss all the fun we used to have here.

I made a lot of friends here... good friends... and wish we could get back to what it was. We used to share seeds and cuttings. I have been both the gifter and the giftee and have about 25 trees that came from friendships developed on this forum. Some of our Cali and Texas friends used to go to sales and pick up and mail plants to those of us that don't live in the "plumeria belt". But most everyone has moved on over to FB.

So, you can imagine my surprise when yesterday I get a package in the mail with a return address label of "your friends at GW Plumeria forum"! I have to admit I was scratching my head! I had one person in mind that would have sent something, but I was thinking she wouldn't have made a mystery of it. LOL

As I opened the box, the whole thing was kind of comical as I tried to figure out what it was. Now, someone that has been gardening as long as I have should have known immediately what it was. But, having just started coming out of the winter blues, I thought it might be one of those lights that people with seasonal disorders use. But yet, I knew it wasn't.

Aha, grow lights! I think!? Fortunately I was texting with Tex from Florida Colors Nursery and he confirmed it was LED grow lights! Thank goodness I wasn't facetiming with him because my happy dance looks a little ridiculous!

But, can you imagine??? Someone from this forum sent me some nice LED grow lights! Then I started putting 2 and 2 together... I remembered awhile back that our dear Laura Jones asking if I had LED lights. But, it was still a puzzle. This package didn't originate from Va. Beach. So I texted her.

She has a good friend that visits this forum and he was looking for a new home for those grow lights. The two of them chose me as the recipient! I can't be more excited! Those lights are going to see some action, that's for sure!
