I would wait until the leaves are all brown and gone.

For my freesias to separate that's what I do and keep in a dry place until September and then put them back in the ground. They come up in October but no flowers until March.

Spring flowering bulbs should be planted in the fall and summer flowering should be planted in the spring. That's kind of the rule I've read.

I've moved daffies at different times w/no ill effects. If they were causing problems for me now, I'd move them now. Maybe after a rain, for easier digging and replanting
