My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Some early surprises

Ivory Coast ....newly planted in the fall and coming in much better than expected

Ambrosia ....great increase in size already ......over running some tulips that had room last year

Stag's Leap....been waiting on this guy.....looks like it might finally make the leap

Cherry Berry....supposed to be tough to grow .... so I always worry it won't come back

Marrakech .....seems to be fully out already

Autumn Frost .....just because I'm always surprised it looks so good in the spring
