I spotted your blog on the construction of the playhouse and found my way here. Excellent job, it's a beautiful structure! Incidentally last summer I bought a house with an old playhouse (1920s) which is in a sad state. It shares many similarities with your playhouse - two levels, steep roof, large floor plan. It is a bit more rudimentary and not nearly as pretty. Still I've undertaken a near-total restoration and found your blog while looking for information on the project. It's a great resource for someone like me who doesn't have any background in construction.

Anyway, I wanted to simply say thanks for documenting your work and providing that inspiration - and please don't delete your blog for a little while!
