Fireplace and cabinet Dilemma

We are in the midst of a remodel and the fireplace and surrounding cabinets have me at a standstill.

I've attached the designers rendering do you can see where I was going with my idea. The problem is there is not anyway to make the cabinets to the right of the fireplace deep like the left side. Options we have been kicking around:

Having the right side just be "fake" cabinets that look like the left but I'm worried how that will actually look.

Have the Cabinets be built out from the wall then the fireplace area with the stone would be "recessed". THe cabinet maker said he thought it would look fine with the cabinets out about 10 inches so the right cabinets would't be false but actually a bit usable.

Build out the stone fireplace area then the cabinets and fireplace could be basically flush - but would that look odd with the actual fireplace box recessed in from the rock?

Any suggestions how you all might resolve this issue would be really appreciated.

Hopefully you can understand what I'm trying to explain...
