There's something off about it. Lots of wasted floor space in the center. Bath seems oversized (but not necessarily more functional) while closet is undersized. A long walk to get to the shower. I would not use any angled cabinets -- that says early 90s to me. I don't know yet how I would change it; I know others will have ideas.

HI -- I think it would be better to have the bathroom smaller and in the back with a closet/dressing room in the bigger area . Add three feet to the end where closet and toilet room is to make it the bathroom. Then the bigger space is a beautiful dressing room. Turn the toilet and have the shower beside . The tub can go at the other end and the vanity on the back wall in between . Have the bathroom entrance so it opens to view the vanity .

I don't understand what any of the things in the lower-right corner are even supposed to be. I guess shower is in lower-left, with no drain marked? The whole thing seems slapped together by a builder with no sense of how rooms are used...

ACM, this is a very rough draft with the builder. I am still trying to figure out the layout. I asked him to send me this to figure out our custom home.

What is the diagonally placed object? Do you have 3 sinks?

Is the entire bath/closet footprint 17'9" x 20'10"? Can locations of windows still change?

You have the shower door directly across from the closet door. One issue with closets inside bathrooms is the moisture from the shower getting to your clothes in the closet. Just something to be aware of.

I think I would put the closet where the shower and bathtub are and open it to the bedroom. Then the shower can be where the closet is now.

I would make sure that the toilet is not up against the living area. They dont insulate the inner walls which makes for lots of interesting noises in the living room when someone is using the toilet.

Yes the closet and bath is 17'9" x 20'10, I have freedom to rework the whole area, windows and all.
