My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

It "comes ready for your paint...." Does it require painting?

It looks like it comes in a white or off-white color that may be suitable to be installed "as is." If not, can we get it painted white by the manufacturer?

    This moulding arrives pre-primed white and ready to be painted. As with any primed product, you would want to apply paint , to ensure the longevity of the finish. Acrylic latex works great.
