    Not sure...it could be Venetian plaster. A dry color is mixed in with the plaster and troweled onto the wall. It leaves a sheen since the walls will be super smooth.

    I meant specifically the paint color - I should have specified more clearly. I'm looking for an orange-red for our powder room. Thanks!

    You can buy an imitation Venetian plaster at the Home Depot. It's a Behr product that is applied by trowel.

    hi i'm marocan it's Marocan painting called Tadelakt it's hand made exist only in morocco . this's where u can have Tadelakt course.

    Hi all, this kind of paint is called tadelaket as mentionned by khalid.
    It needs skillful people to realize it. You can check google about it.
    it's commonly used in the modern architecture that mixes between a deep traditionnal touch with modern twist specially around marrakech zone.
