Transplanting Budding Toms

Primo Red Hybrid - determinate

3 of my plants are starting to bud near the top. I still have less than 2 weeks before my last frost date. I might have to push my plant out date because of the rain we have been getting i'm having a hard time find days to harden off.

so i'm assuming I'm going to be transplanting a flowered plant. should i just transplant as normal or is there a different process for flowered tomato plants?
