you have a lot of detail on your home, an opportunity not to be negated. i think a lighter shade on the stucco with a same family shade darker on the trim. your entry needs to stand out, so an opposing color for the front door.

would agree with Kay Kin about the detail in your house. Have fun wth your trim color, maybe even an olive green or another earth tone color , then lighter with stucco. Not sure what you are doing with landscape but I bet the landscaper may want to know where you are going color-wise as he designs.

Thanks all. I will take some more pictures in the morning when the sun is shining on the front of the house to give you all a better idea. The front door will stay since we bought a new one when we bought the house. The door is stained the same color as our wood floor. I will show the detail of the door tomorrow morning as well. The new wood door is beautiful. Try a new off white and some Charleston Green shutters that will coordinate with the red brick. Cut a foamcore board or two to the same size as the shutter and try out some new paint colors on it. The details of the trim can be emphasized with a slightly darker (or lighter) shade than the walls. You might want to consult a color expert and work with your pro landscape architect about an overall color scheme for the property.
