It is tough for that reason but if you organize the wine and group them accordingly you can easily go with the cork out method and it wouldn't be a hassle to know which wine is what because you had done the organization before hand.

Thank you for the great comments. We find a trend lately in requests for Label Out styles - which is interesting as the poll here slightly suggests otherwise.

I don't have enough wine to worry about space saving, so label out it is. Who has that much wine?

While I have a "ladder" of label-out bottles, it's not a practical way to store a lot of wine.
