Do you like color or neutrals? Whatever colors you gravitate to on the warmer side. No accent walls.

I just had my living room & dining room painted in SW "Urban Putty ", looks great with my art (which has deep colors) & my floors which are similar to yours. I also have black accents (frames, etc). Before you commit to anything be sure to test on different walls ... remember, if you think a color is too dark, you can always have it lightened at the paint store by whatever percentage you want. I'll have to think about other colors ( do you like deeper richer or light?). Nice condo btw.

There are a ton of nice neutrals, just make sure to skew warmer regardless of the color you choose. (Because of your northern exposure). Looks like you have a nice start so far.

I would stay away from accent walls. Will make the space look smaller. Everyone is correct about the neutrals, definitely the way to go. Good luck!

I'd paint the walls a color taken from the rug, add darker panels for the window, art over the sofa, a plant in the corner and a floor lamp.
