Need help decorating DC row house front porch

The front porch space is 11'8"W x 3'8"L. My budget is $500. My ideas are below. Please offer suggestions.

Outdoor pillow for chair: What's a good accent color (orange, yellow), and what size goes with the 2 rockers I'm considering?

Outdoor Planters (2): Need 2 planters. What size (one small o the middle step to the right of the right railing, one on left side by mailbox), shape (round to soften hard edges?), and color (white to match house trim or black to match railing?)? Also, what type of plants should I put in them?

The front porch was recently painted. The paint was 75% saturated; however, I would like no saturation so it will be repainted "Slate Gray PFC-63" (see below).

Silver Slate is in 1st row, 5th column below.

These pink flowers in pic below bloom for 2 weeks every spring so I'm not choosing accent colors based on these flowers. Plus, I plan to re-do the front yard landscaping next summer so those will be gone.

I think this is all you really need or similar for this very nice but small space.

Sometimes less is more :)

i think i would put only one chair, no down pillow, blue,green, gray as accent

Thanks for your suggestions everyone! I definitely am taking them into
consideration. I will keep it simple since the space is quite small. My husband
is fine with not having a rocker, so I will purchase a smaller chair. Also, I
just visited Pottery Barn and Crate & Barrel today for inspiration. What do
you think of the following options?

– Should I purchase a runner (2.5’x9’) or mat (3’x5’)? Does the entire
chair, or only part of the chair, need to be on the rug? Blue, gray, or

I would place a seasonal planter, a cocofiber wipe off mat, and repaint the steps and call it a day. No chairs

Better plan to cable anything to a railing or eyebolt in the concrete or it will walk off pretty fast. Planters included.

BeverlyFLADeziner, My porch will be painted that color (close to door color) this week. Excited! I love that inspiration pic you attached--nice, simple, uncluttered!...

Which of the chairs would you choose for the porch? And, are the armed dining chairs proper to place on a porch?

It doesn't matter that your porch is 11'+ long. You have 20" behind the column on the left & maybe 30" of siding to the left of your front door. I would not place a chair there, just a planter. If you don't want a planter, here's a chair from Target. This is what will fit the space.
