Can you ID these volunteers?

Two volunteers in the shade garden, not the schefflera lower left or the dracena upper left. The one with the scalloped roundish leaves and the one that looks like a fern. Not sure whether to let them stay or say goodbye.
neither is familiar to me. I can post better pix esp of the fern if needed
