You are kind of limited with the windows there as this was the feature of the area! I do see there is a home right beside you as that's the reason of the closed blinds. Accent paint?

Perhaps you could change the window treatment color to a darker color and paint the back wall the same color. Paint the cabinetry the same color and consider black. Then the idea of a couple of matching tall vases and some interesting curly willow or similar pieces for the vases and that is all you need. The black would help "emphasize the" white fireplace and help it stand out more. Dark colors recede so that would help disguise the windows.
