My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I recently staged this vacant 1.9 million dollar house in Redmond, WA with my own home staging furnishings and rented the dining room table (which I have now purchased because I love it!) and the bed and two nightstands. It had a full price offer at the open house and sold in 30 days.
